Cisco UC system upgrade for 250 users

The customer was upgrading an old Cisco UC system for 250 users.Happy with the performance of the Cisco UC solution over the last few years but keen to extend the capabilities of their investment, this upgrade involved :-

• Deploying 2 x BE6000 servers running CUCM, Unity Connection, Attendant Console, UCCX & Expressway
• A pair of new SIP gateways
• Expressway for providing Instant Messaging, Voice & Video via Mobile Remote Access to 50 remote teleworkers
• Integration with SX20 room based VC systems for point to point Video with onsite and remote Jabber users
• A contact centre with Cisco UCCX

The solution was fully project managed by TA Networks then built & tested in our lab area off site using a replicated AD environment and isolated PSTN & WAN before delivery and go live on site.
